Dream to Succeed and YTC are building the next bridge for young technology leaders.

A global alliance becomes useful when one partner can connect another to people, institutions and opportunities it could not reach alone. Dream to Succeed Foundation has become that kind of partner for Youth Technology Corps.
Founded and led by Sara Núñez, Dream to Succeed develops Latin American professionals as leaders and entrepreneurs in STEM and business. Its network includes university partners in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia and Nicaragua, alongside technology sponsors and supporters. In 2023, Acquisition International recognized Núñez as its Most Empowering STEM Education NPO Business Leader for Latin America.
Dream to Succeed joined YTC’s Global Alliance by connecting young professionals from across Latin America with YTC’s first major expansion in Mexico. They served as teachers, bringing technical knowledge, language and regional experience into a program designed around students teaching students.
The organizations are now developing plans for YTC clubs in New Jersey and Colombia. Those clubs are not yet operating. The goal is to combine Dream to Succeed’s university and professional network with YTC’s club model so local students can learn technology, teach it and build leadership in their own communities.
The partnership also matters for Mexico. Dream to Succeed’s relationships with universities and early-career STEM professionals can help YTC Mexico recruit bilingual mentors, strengthen instruction and connect students to a wider Latin American learning community.
This is the Global Alliance at its best: each organization keeps its identity and local relationships, while sharing the people and knowledge that can help another community begin.
