An urgent ask
The chain runs itself. The engine that supports it does not.
What the clubs share runs through one small engine: the Arduino kits, the network that collects computers to rebuild, the lesson plans, the monitoring, the websites — and the one person paid to keep it running.
The clubs cost almost nothing.

Students teach students, the computers are donated and the students rebuild them, the leaders come up through the room. Each club raises what little it needs from its own community. Twenty-eight years have proven that part.

$50,000 keeps the network working.

The first $24,000 is committed. The campaign retains essential leadership, covers basic operations, and puts working equipment in students' hands.

Lagos didn't need Chicago to start. It needs the engine that keeps the chain connected.
